Aperol 375ml

The 375ml bottle is perfect for testing out cocktails without committing to a huge bottle, and the citrusy sweetness shines in a Negroni. I mixed one last night and it was dangerously smooth, way less bitter than Campari.

The hint of vanilla really balances the citrus bite perfectly in a Negroni. Mixed one up last night and it was far smoother than what I'm used to with other aperitifs; the bottle’s gone quicker than I expected.

Finally found a bottle locally after hunting for a while — the balance of orange and herbs is so much smoother than Campari. Made my first Negroni with it last night and the sweetness really cuts through the gin nicely.
