Took a chance on this after a long week, and the bitter-sweet balance is spot on for a slow evening sipper. Poured a small glass neat, then tried it over ice — it holds up well in a digestif role without being syrupy. The 750ml bottle has lasted me longer than expected, which is a nice bonus.

The rich herbal notes make this amaro a fantastic after-dinner digestif on its own, and I love how the bitterness mellows out with just a little dilution from an ice cube. It's become my go-to for sipping slowly.
