باخوس بينو نوار

Opened it last night and the light body made it dangerously easy to finish the bottle with dinner. That minimal oak touch lets the pretty cherry notes shine through without any heaviness — exactly what I want from a weekday pinot.

That cherry and berry fruit is exactly what I was hoping for—it's bright and fresh without any heavy oak getting in the way. Went down so smoothly with dinner, and the lightness made it perfect for a weeknight pour.

Light and easy just like described—this Pinot Noir’s minimal oak lets the fruit shine without being heavy. Poured it with a simple pasta dinner and it matched perfectly.
