Barr Hill Tom Cat 750ml

I’ve been using this in my martinis and the honeyed warmth really balances out the botanicals without overpowering them. The 750ml bottle is lasting me longer than I expected since the flavor is so rich you don’t need much.

The juniper really comes through in this one, with a nice honeyed finish that makes it perfect for a classic martini. I’ve been using it in Negronis and the balance is just right.

I grabbed this for a winter cocktail night and the 750ml bottle lasted through a full round of Negronis for six people. The honeyed warmth from the Tom Cat barrel aging really comes through without overpowering the juniper.
