Cote Mas White 1L

I usually find white blends too simple, but this one is generous and smooth with a crisp mineral finish that keeps me coming back for another glass.

The peach and pear notes are exactly as described, and it’s smooth enough to sip on its own but still has that crisp edge for food. I opened it with a light pasta dish and the whole bottle went down way too easily for a Tuesday night.

The mineral finish is what sold me—it keeps every sip feeling clean and refreshing, even with the generous peach and pear sweetness up front. The 1L size is also perfect for a weeknight dinner without worrying about opening a second bottle.
