The pineapple comes through beautifully without overpowering the gunpowder tea notes, and it’s surprisingly smooth even straight over ice. Mixed a pitcher for a summer barbecue and it vanished in an hour, so this 750ml bottle won’t last long in my house.

Tried this with tonic and soda water, and the subtle Brazilian pineapple really comes through without being syrupy. The gunpowder botanicals give it a nice juniper kick that balances the sweetness perfectly.
