The rosemary and basil really shine through without being overwhelming—makes a fantastic martini. The herbal notes are so fresh you can almost taste the Mediterranean coast.

It’s surprisingly smooth for a gin—the Arbequina olives give it a really subtle, buttery finish that works perfectly in a dry martini. I’ve been using it for dirty martinis and the herbal notes from the basil and thyme keep it from ever tasting flat.

The rosemary and thyme actually come through on the nose before you even taste it, which makes it feel way more like a fresh garden than a typical gin. It's smooth enough to sip on its own with a twist, and the olive note lingers nicely on the finish.
