The bright red fruit aromas really pop after it opens up for about 20 minutes, and the tannins are present but not harsh—makes for a very easy-drinking red.

The leather and cedar on the finish really round out those bright red fruits nicely, and the tannins are firm but not aggressive. I opened it with a simple pasta dinner and it held up beautifully from first glass to last. Exactly what I want from a medium-bodied Nebbiolo.
