The pencil shavings note really sets this apart—it's earthy but refined, with blackberries that linger beautifully. Incredibly smooth structure for such a complex wine.

The dried leaves and rose hip tea notes really come through on the finish, making this more complex than most cabernets I've tried lately. It paired perfectly with my herb-crusted lamb roast.

I was really impressed by how the pencil shavings and earthy notes balanced the fruit—it's not just a simple fruit bomb. Opened beautifully after about 30 minutes in the glass, with the rose hip tea adding a nice floral lift on the finish.
