Meletti Anisette 750ml

I was expecting something syrupy but this anisette is surprisingly light and clean, with the anise coming through without tasting like black licorice candy. A small glass after dinner has become my new routine, and the 750ml bottle is lasting me a good while.

Poured this over ice after dinner and the anise comes through smooth rather than harsh, with just enough sweetness. The 750ml bottle is bigger than I expected, so it'll last me a while.
