Silent Pool Gin 750ml

The Kaffir lime leaf adds such an unexpected, bright citrus note that balances the lavender and chamomile beautifully. I’ve been using it in simple gin and tonics and the flavors really shine through without being overpowering.

The citrusy hit of Kaffir lime leaf really comes through on the finish, making it feel more complex than most gins I’ve tried. It’s smooth enough to sip neat, which I wasn’t expecting from something with 24 botanicals.

I poured a small glass over ice and the Kaffir lime leaf and rose notes hit me immediately—so much more layered than standard gins. Perfect for a quiet evening G&T that actually tastes like something.
