صوفي شال بينوت نوار ألزاس

The silky texture and vanilla notes make this a really easy-drinking red that punches above its weight. I served it with a simple roast chicken and the earthy undertones paired perfectly. Already planning to buy another bottle for next week.

I was really impressed by the ripe black fruit flavors and how well they balanced with that touch of earthy spice. It's elegant but still feels approachable for a casual dinner at home.

Silky is the right word—it glides over the palate, and the ripe black fruit comes through with a soft earthy edge that makes it feel more grounded than most pinots. I opened it with dinner and the whole bottle vanished before dessert.
