St George Terroir Gin 750ml

The Douglas fir note really does make it taste like you're drinking a Pacific Northwest forest. I've been using it in a simple gin and tonic with a sprig of rosemary, and it's incredibly smooth with just enough citrus lift. This bottle won't last long at my house.

The sage note comes through beautifully, not at all overpowering, and that hint of citrus balances the woodsy layers perfectly. I've been enjoying it in a simple gin and tonic to let those botanical flavors shine.

Opened the bottle and the Douglas fir hit me immediately—like walking through a damp forest after rain. The bay laurel and sage make it perfect for a crisp martini. This is the most distinctive gin I've had in a while.
