Suntory Hibiki Harmony 750ml

The sandalwood and candied orange peel notes are exactly as described—such an elegant, luminous sipper. Smooth from the first pour with a subtle rosemary finish that lingers beautifully.

I opened this bottle with no expectations, but the floral notes hit immediately, and the rosemary finish lingers in a way that feels sophisticated. It’s smoother than most whiskies I’ve tried, with a subtle sweetness that’s never cloying. Definitely a bottle I’ll ration carefully.

The sandalwood and candied orange peel really come through in this—it’s surprisingly floral but never overpowering. Pairs beautifully with a quiet evening, smooth from the first sip to the last.
