Opened it with some grilled sardines and the tropical fruit nose came through beautifully against that salty, volcanic edge. The finish really does hang on for a while, and the color is a lovely pale yellow-green. Perfect summer white for seafood nights.

That salty mineral finish is exactly what I look for in a white, and it lingers beautifully after each sip. The tropical fruit notes come through fresh without being sweet, and the color is a pretty yellow-green in the glass. Opened it with grilled fish and it was gone in an hour.

The tropical fruit flavors really come through, and that salty, mineral finish makes it perfect with grilled seafood. I was impressed by how fresh and crisp it stayed even after being open for a bit.
