The tannic structure is just as described—firm but elegant, promising years of improvement. I decanted it for a few hours and the concentration really opened up into a beautifully balanced experience.

I was a little nervous to drink this young, but the tannic structure is so elegant it's almost a shame to keep it all in the cellar. Rich and concentrated, with a surprising charm that made the bottle disappear faster than planned.

Opened this last night just to check, and the balance between that full body and the concentrated fruit is already impressive. Planning to lay down the rest of the case for a few years to see how the tannins soften.
