It’s got that floral-kissed brightness you don’t find in most peach liqueurs; the Rhône Valley fruit really comes through in a way that feels elegant. I pour it over ice after dinner and it’s just right—not too syrupy.

The peach flavor is remarkably fresh and genuine, not syrupy at all. Mixed it with sparkling water for a simple cocktail and it was perfectly balanced.

I was hoping for more of a punch from the peach flavor, but it’s still a lovely sipper with a nice floral note that works well in cocktails. The bottle is pretty enough to keep on display, too.
