The mouthfeel on this is seriously impressive—that creamy texture with the mineral chalkiness works perfectly together. It’s got enough tension to cut through a rich dish but still feels voluptuous. Definitely a step up from your standard white Burgundy.

Opened this with some roast chicken and the almond note hit right away, then that chalky limestone finish kept pulling me back for another sip. It’s got the creamy weight of a much pricier white but the acid stays lively enough that it never feels heavy.

The limestone minerality really comes through on the finish, and that almond note lingers just long enough to keep things interesting. It’s got the richness of a bigger white but stays refreshing, which is exactly what I want with seafood.
