Montelobos PECHUGA Mezcal 750ml

I was skeptical about a mezcal from Guerrero, but the viscous, salty finish completely won me over. It’s surprisingly smooth for something with that much smoke, and the tropical fruit really comes through.

The cinnamon and chocolate orange notes hit you right away, but that salty, viscous finish is what keeps me coming back for another sip. It's bolder than any espadín mezcal I've tried, and the smoke level is just right—present but not overpowering.

That wild maguey criollo gives it such a unique body—way more viscous than any Espadín I've tried. The chocolate orange and tropical fruit come through beautifully, with just enough smoke to keep it grounded.
