샹틀뢤지에르 부르게이 알루에트

Opened it with dinner last night and that dark fruit comes through immediately, but the herbal undertone keeps it from being one-note. Balanced and smooth with a finish that lingers just enough to make you want another glass.

The herbal complexity is exactly what I hoped for from a Loire Cab Franc, but the dark fruit keeps it lively. This bottle evolved beautifully over two hours, showing more depth with each sip. A genuine value for the price.

The sandy clay really comes through on the palate, giving it a texture you don't see often in Cabernet Franc. Those herbal notes are exactly as described, and it stayed interesting from first glass to last.
