The spicy, peppery fruit notes hit right away, and it paired perfectly with a sharp raclette last night. Definitely a great value for a French Alpine red that's lighter but still complex.

The cured meat aroma on the nose is exactly what I look for in a lighter red, and it paired beautifully with a board of salami and aged Comté. It's got that spicy, peppery character without being heavy, perfect for a casual evening.

That peppery kick on the finish really came through with a plate of cured sausage, and the light body meant it didn’t overpower the food at all. The cured meat nose was subtle but added a nice rustic depth that I wasn’t expecting.
