리라라키스 리아티코 퀸 레드

I had this with a simple lentil salad and the herbal notes from the Cretan soil really lifted the meal. For a red, it's surprisingly smooth and easy to drink on its own.

This is the first Liatiko I’ve tried, and the way it balances bright acidity with dark fruit makes it a perfect summer red—served slightly cool, it paired beautifully with grilled lamb. I’m already planning to order another bottle for next week’s dinner party.

Finally a red from Crete that actually sings — the Liatiko grape has this wild, ancient character that comes through in every sip. I opened it on a quiet Tuesday night and it made the whole room feel warmer, somehow. This one’s going in my regular rotation for sure.
