펠라사 네비올로 로제

Got this for a backyard grill night and it held up beautifully with the smoky flavors. The grapefruit and strawberry notes come through clean, but that zippy finish keeps it from feeling heavy.

This is the most food-friendly rose I've had in a while; the strawberry and grapefruit notes really pop against a simple grilled fish. It's got all that freshness and zip but with enough structure to stand up to a proper meal.

That zip on the finish is what gets me—it's so tense and lively that it cuts through grilled fish like nothing else. Perfect with a plate of olives and salty cheese on a warm evening.
