The dried grape concentration gives this a fuller body than most Nebbiolos I've tried, and the raisin notes come through without being cloying. It paired beautifully with aged cheese last night. I've already ordered another bottle.

The dried-raspberry sweetness really comes through on the nose before the first sip, and the body is surprisingly warm and vigorous for a medium red. Paired it with a simple pasta and the raisin notes balanced the acidity beautifully.

This is my third Nebbiolo and definitely the most full-bodied — the dried grape concentration gives it a warmth that cuts through the winter chill. The raisin sweetness is juicy without being cloying, perfect for a hearty pasta.
