스퀼링 피그 소비뇽 블랑

Opened it for a casual dinner and the crisp, dry finish paired perfectly with the herb chicken. That fresh herbal note really balanced the citrus without being too tart.

The passionfruit and lime really come through, making it a perfect match for grilled fish on a warm evening. It's crisp and dry exactly as promised, though I wish the herbal notes lingered just a bit longer on the finish.

I picked this up for a casual dinner and was really impressed by how the crisp lime and herb notes cut through the richness of the pasta. It’s dry and refreshing, though I wish the passionfruit flavor was a bit more pronounced.
