세인트 프랜시스 소비뇽 블랑

That tangy citrus finish really lingers in the best way, and the tropical fruit up front is so bright it feels like a summer day in a glass. Poured a glass with dinner and it paired perfectly with the grilled chicken. This is my new go-to for easy weeknight drinking.

I cracked this open expecting a standard Sauvignon Blanc, but the kiwi and mandarin burst through right away, making it feel more like a tropical vacation in a glass. The tangy citrus finish with that slight bell pepper edge is what really hooked me.

The mandarin orange and kiwi notes really come through on the nose, and that tangy citrus finish with a hint of bell pepper keeps it interesting. Poured a glass for dinner and we'd finished the bottle before the food even hit the table.
