The acidity and structure here are so well-balanced that it tastes like a much more expensive wine. I opened it with dinner last night and the nose is just as delicate and complex as described.

This Nebbiolo has the soft tannins and balanced acidity the description promises, which made it a perfect pairing with my mushroom risotto. The nose really is delicate and complex, not at all overpowering. I’m new to Barolo-area wines, and this was an excellent introduction to the style.
