坎蒂內 帕特里亞 費米娜 埃特納 紅酒

Opened this with roasted lamb last night, and the sweet spice and berry notes balanced the rich meat beautifully. The finish has that classic Etna minerality without being too sharp. Already planning to grab another bottle for next weekend’s grilled vegetables.

The mineral notes really shine through, giving it an earthy complexity that balanced perfectly with my roasted vegetables. The finish is long and smooth, with just a hint of sweet spice lingering.

Opened this with grilled lamb and the sweet spice bouquet was exactly what the description promised. That delicate berry note carried through beautifully with the meat, and the mineral finish kept every sip interesting. We finished the bottle way too fast.
