Carpano Bitter 1L

The saffron and gentian give this a wonderfully complex bitterness that's perfect for a Negroni. I've been using it to mix my evening cocktails and it really elevates the whole drink—so much more depth than standard sweet vermouth.

The bitter orange and myrrh blend together perfectly in this—I've been using it with tonic water for a clean, complex aperitivo that beats anything premade. The herbal notes are bold but not overpowering, and one liter lasts a good while.
