This opened up beautifully after about 30 minutes, and that nose of wild raspberry really delivered on the brambly, spicy notes. It’s a bold but balanced red that actually made me want to slow down and savor it.

I’m not usually a Côtes du Rhône fan, but this one’s wild raspberry notes are surprisingly fresh and not jammy. It’s got a nice spicy kick that lingers just enough to make a casual weeknight dinner feel special.

Opened this after a long week and the brambly raspberry nose hit me immediately, so much deeper than most Cotes du Rhone I’ve tried. It’s got that spicy kick that makes it perfect with a simple roast chicken, and the whole bottle disappeared way too fast.
