Opened this alongside a Sancerre and honestly couldn't tell much difference—that flinty limestone character really shines through. Perfect balance of crispness and depth for a weeknight white.

I was really impressed by how it captures that classic Loire minerality—the flint and limestone notes are exactly what I look for in a Sauvignon Blanc. It paired beautifully with a simple goat cheese salad for dinner last night.

That flinty, limestone edge comes through exactly like you'd expect from the soil here, giving the wine a mineral snap that makes it dangerously easy to sip. It's got that classic Sauvignon Blanc zip but with a softer, rounder finish than most Sancerres I've tried.
