St Cosme Micro-Cosme 白蘇維濃 維歐尼耶

The Viognier really does add a nice round texture that balances the zingy Sauvignon acidity perfectly. Great for a light pasta dish or just sipping on its own.

That lemon note is so bright and clean, it practically jumps out of the glass. The Viognier gives it a lovely roundness on the palate without making it feel heavy.

The Viognier really does add that fleshy texture without weighing it down—this is one of the most balanced white blends I've had in a while. The lemon notes are there but they’re backed by something rounder and softer on the finish. Picked up a second bottle before I even finished the first.
