I opened this after a long day and the smooth dark cherry notes really hit the spot—it’s full-bodied but not too heavy. Pairs beautifully with roasted meats.

The bright acidity cut through our pasta dinner beautifully—paired perfectly with a simple tomato sauce. I’ll definitely be picking up another bottle soon.

Opened this with some aged pecorino and it held up beautifully — the Sangiovese tannins were firm but not harsh, and the 750ml bottle lasted us two nights without losing its fruit. I’d buy it again for a weeknight pasta dinner.
