Farmer's Botanical Gin 750ml

Opened this for a gin and tonic and the elderflower really comes through — makes it feel a notch above standard grocery store gin. The wheat base gives it a smoothness that helps the botanicals sing without any harsh alcohol burn.

The lemongrass and white pepper notes make for a surprisingly clean gin and tonic, even with a heavy pour of ice. I wasn't sure about the organic claim, but the smooth finish convinced me it's worth the price. This is my go-to for mixing now.
