The turmeric and citrus notes come through beautifully on the finish, and that organic winter wheat base gives it a smoothness I didn't expect from a gin. Sipped it neat over a single ice cube and it held up perfectly.

I was skeptical about 27 botanicals, but the juniper and angelica root balance perfectly without being muddy. The Mulan winter wheat base gives it a silky mouthfeel I've never found in other gins.

The turmeric and citrus peel really come through on the nose before the juniper takes over, and that Mulan wheat base makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. I’ve tried a lot of gins, but the way these 27 botanicals layer without any harsh burn is something else.
