The green pear and citrus notes are exactly what I was hoping for, and it’s wonderfully crisp without being too tart. I opened it with a light pasta dish and it paired perfectly—definitely a new favorite for weekday dinners.

Opened this on a warm evening and the green pear and citrus notes were exactly what I needed, so crisp and refreshing. The lemongrass hint gives it a nice lift that makes it dangerously easy to finish a glass.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the lemongrass undertones balanced the citrus—perfect for a light seafood dinner. The finish was a bit shorter than I prefer, but still crisp and refreshing.
