Jokigen Rice Label Junmai 720ml Bottle

The glossy texture is exactly what I look for in a sake, and this has a lovely medium body that coats the palate. The tropical fruit notes come through beautifully without being too sweet.

Poured a glass and the aroma of toasted grain mixed with tropical fruit hit me immediately—exactly what I hoped for. The apple and muscat notes come through clean on the palate, making this incredibly easy to drink on its own.

That glossy texture really does make each sip feel luxurious, and the tropical fruit notes are more pronounced than I expected from a Junmai. Had mine slightly chilled and it brought out the apple and muscat beautifully.
