Lagavulin 8yr 750ml

The light texture makes it dangerously easy to sip, but the smoke really ramps up and lingers beautifully. This limited edition has a maritime character that feels perfect for a cold evening by the fire.

That first pour hits with a tea-scented smoke that's almost delicate, but the flavor itself is huge—way bigger than the light texture suggests. I've had pricier bottles that didn't leave me this impressed.

The maritime aroma hits right away, and the texture is so light it feels almost delicate, yet the smoke floods your mouth bigger than the sip suggests. I opened it on a rainy evening and it turned the whole room into a coastal bonfire.
