萊羅卡耶阿普勒蒙

I was blown away by how clean and crisp this wine is—it’s almost like drinking liquid green apple, but with a soft floral finish. Poured it with some aged Comté and the pairing was spot on.

The green apple note is so precise it’s almost like biting into a fresh fruit, and the dry, feather-light finish made it dangerously easy to sip through a whole bottle with a mild aged Comté. I’m already planning to grab another for the next cheese board.

Just finished a glass with some goat cheese and it was perfect — the floral aromas balanced everything nicely without overpowering. Crisp, dry, and incredibly light, exactly what I needed on a warm evening.
