The citrus note is exactly what you want on a warm evening—bright without being sharp, and it stayed crisp from first pour to last glass. Poured it alongside grilled fish and it held its own, dry and clean the whole way through. Definitely reaching for this again when I want something light and easy

Cracked this open with a shrimp salad last night and the bright citrus was exactly the kind of clean, dry finish I wanted. It’s light enough to sip on its own, but it held up nicely with the meal. I’ll be grabbing another bottle for sure.
