Mar de Frades Albarino Brut 氣泡酒

Opened this with oysters last night and the bright lemon acidity cut through them perfectly. The bubbles are fine and persistent, not aggressive at all. A dry, crisp sparkler that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

That lemon-forward punch is exactly what I want in a sparkling wine—it's so crisp and dry that it cut right through a plate of oysters like a squeeze of fresh citrus. We finished the bottle with grilled chicken piccata and it held up beautifully. Already ordered another for next weekend.

Crisp and bone-dry with a citrus punch that pairs beautifully with shellfish. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive. I was hoping for a slightly fuller body, but it's a solid choice for a warm evening.
