南部美人「全麴」純米

The lush, savory finish lingers longer than most junmai I've tried, making it perfect for sipping slowly with grilled fish. The koji really shines here without being too heavy.

The koji-forward fermentation gives this sake an incredibly rich, savory depth that I haven't found in other junmai bottles. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, adding a creamy texture that lingers on the palate. I've already reordered a second bottle to stock up.

Bought this to try something different, and the koji-driven umami is incredible—sipping it chilled really lets the layers unfold. It worked perfectly alongside some grilled fish last weekend.
