The chewy tannins are exactly what I look for in a red, and they play beautifully against that ripe, fruit-forward richness. I opened it with pasta and it held up perfectly through the whole meal, getting even smoother in the glass.

That initial sip hits you with a lush fruitiness, and the chewy tannins keep it from being too one-note—really well balanced for the price.

Opened this for a casual pasta night and the lush fruit really came through, with just enough chewy tannins to keep it interesting.
