I've been loving this with a light cheese plate; the blackcurrant and raspberry notes really come through without being too sweet. Finishes much cleaner than most roses I've tried.

Poured a glass after dinner and the elderberry notes really come through—it’s fruit-forward but not syrupy. The finish is clean enough to enjoy on its own, which I wasn’t expecting from a rosé.

Opened this on a warm evening and the blackcurrant note hit right away, making it feel more like a light red than a typical rosé. It’s dry enough to pair with grilled chicken but fruity enough to sip on its own, and the 750ml bottle disappeared faster than I expected.
