I wasn't expecting the grilled peaches pairing suggestion to work this well, but the caramelized pineapple note really brings out the smokiness. It's smooth enough to sip alone too, which is a nice bonus.

Grilled pork skewers just taste better with this sake—the caramelized pineapple and mint notes actually cut through the smoke. It’s smooth enough to sip on its own but holds up to the char, which surprised me.
