The Oloroso sherry cask finish really comes through—that berry sweetness on the finish is a nice surprise alongside the black pepper kick. Poured a couple fingers neat and it warmed up nicely without being harsh. Definitely worth the price for a proper sipping whiskey.

The dried fruit and candied orange notes hit you right away, and that long berry sweetness with a pepper kick makes it dangerously smooth for an evening pour.
