West Cork BOURBON CASK 750ml

The citrus notes are bright and clean on the nose, with a gentle warmth from the spice that lingers nicely on the finish. It’s smooth enough to sip neat but also mixes well in a simple highball. I’ve already finished half the bottle in under a week.

The bourbon cask aging really comes through—that sweet malt and warming spice combo is perfect for sipping neat on a chilly evening. Poured a second glass before I even finished the first.

The citrus note is more subtle than I expected but it balances the warming spice nicely, makes for a smooth sipper. I just wish the finish lingered a little longer for the price point.
