Plomari Ouzo 750ml

Just cracked this open after dinner and it's exactly what I hoped for—that anise is crisp and clean, not heavy or syrupy like some other ouzos I've tried. There's a smooth, faint sweetness underneath that makes it dangerously easy to sip.

The licorice finish is bold without being harsh, and it goes down smooth over ice. I've been sipping it neat on warm evenings and it's quickly become a staple on my shelf.

Mixed with cold water it turns that milky white and the anise sweetness really opens up. I've been sipping it over ice on the balcony all summer and the finish stays crisp without being harsh.
