SCARLET Aperitivo 700ml

The floral notes are really well-balanced with the herbal bitterness—makes for a perfect spritz base. It’s become my go-to for lazy Sunday afternoons when I want something light but complex.

I was looking for something a little different for my evening drink, and this 700ml bottle hits the spot. The bitter profile is balanced perfectly with those herbal notes, and it mixes beautifully with soda water.

The floral and herbal notes really come through in the finish, which makes it perfect for a long, slow evening sip. I've already gone through half the bottle in a week—it's dangerously easy to pour.
