I was really surprised how well the pineapple and peach notes come through without being too sweet—the acidity keeps it crisp. A perfect easy-drinking white for a sunny afternoon.

The oak is subtle enough to let the pineapple and lime shine through, making this a crisp and refreshing white. I opened a bottle with grilled fish last night and it was a perfect match.

Opened it for a casual dinner and was surprised by how bright the pineapple and lime came through, even with that subtle oak finish. It’s refreshing without being too sharp, so I’ll definitely grab another bottle.
